2. What data we collect

When you simply browse g-boxvn.com, we collect very little. Specifically:

• Local preferences — your chosen language and theme are saved in your browser via localStorage. This data never leaves your device.
• Server log data — like every website, our hosting provider records the IP address, user-agent, and URL of each request for security and abuse-prevention purposes. Logs are kept for up to 30 days and are not used for tracking.
• Contact data you give us — if you email, call, or message us (e.g. for a booking, event enquiry, or apartment reservation), we keep the name, contact details, and message contents you send so we can reply and fulfil your request.

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, social-media pixels, or behavioural profiling on this website. If we add any of these in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before they load.

3. How we use your data

• To remember your language and theme settings on return visits.
• To respond to enquiries, confirm bookings, and provide the services you ask for.
• To keep the site secure (rate-limiting, blocking abuse) using short-term server logs.
• To comply with legal obligations in Vietnam (e.g. tax, lodging registration for apartment guests).
